Win a Year of Super Feels: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The sponsor is SuperFeels, 28 W Flagler St, Miami, FL 33130 (the “Sponsor”). Questions: info@superfeels.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. People who live in any state, county or city where the sale of kratom is not allowed are not eligible. This includes all residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Utah and Wisconsin. Residents of the District of Columbia and US territories are not eligible. Employees of the Sponsor and its marketing agencies, and their immediate family members and people living in their household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on Thursday, 5 November 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, 22 November 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not count.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, both online and free. Each gives the same chance of winning.

• Online: Go to superfeels.com/pages/win, enter your email address, confirm you are 21 or older, and submit the form.
• Email: If you are on the Super Feels email list, click the “Enter Now” button in the Super Feels giveaway email.

Limit: one (1) entry per person, no matter which method you use. Extra entries will be ignored. Entries made by automated means, scripts or bots are void.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Friday, 27 November 2026. The Sponsor’s decisions are final.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize

One (1) prize: one 501 Club case delivered every 4 weeks for 12 months (13 deliveries in total). Approximate retail value: $1,988.74. The prize will only be shipped to an address where the sale of kratom is allowed. An adult 21 or older must be available to receive the deliveries. The prize can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

8. Notification

The winner will be notified by email on or about 27 November 2026. The winner must reply within five (5) days of notification and may be asked to confirm eligibility, age and shipping address. If the winner does not reply in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and another winner chosen at random.

9. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize. Because the prize is worth more than $600, the winner must give the Sponsor a completed IRS Form W-9, and the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value.

10. Your Information

By entering, you agree that the Sponsor can use your email address to send you Super Feels emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. The Sponsor will use your information as described in its privacy policy at superfeels.com/pages/privacy.

11. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the giveaway can’t run as planned for any reason outside the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor may cancel, change or pause it and pick a winner from eligible entries received before that point. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use their first name, last initial and state to announce the winner, without further payment.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release the Sponsor and its agencies from any claims arising from your entry or from accepting or using the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

13. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
